After more than 13 years working in financial management, I've seen firsthand how overwhelming bookkeeping can become for business owners who are trying to do everything themselves.

Most of the clients I work with didn't fall behind because they were careless - they fell behind because they were busy running their business. When you're focused on serving customers, managing employees, and keeping day-to-day operations moving, bookkeeping often ends up at the bottom of the list.

I started Clear Ledger Co to give contractors and trade business owners a reliable way to stay organized - so they can focus on running their business instead of managing their books.

What I Help With

Whether you need ongoing monthly bookkeeping, job costing support, payroll administrative coordination, or help catching up on past records, I work with contractors and trade businesses to keep financial records accurate and reporting-ready throughout the year.

I also provide 1099 preparation and filing support so nothing slips through the cracks at year-end.
